Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna Company under the Ministry of Defence, has announced recruitment for Project Engineer – I on a temporary basis for its CRL-Ghaziabad unit. Below are the key details and the application process for the same.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- B.E/B.Tech (4-year course) in Computer Science or related fields from a recognized university/institution with 55% marks for General/EWS/OBC and pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in C++, Java, SW Testing, SW Documentation, Python, etc.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 32 years as on 01.06.2024 for General & EWS candidates.
- Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- Additional 10 years for PwBD candidates with a minimum 40% disability.

Terms of Engagement and Allowance

Selection Procedure
- Written Test: 85% weightage.
- Interview: 15% weightage.
- Candidates passing the written test will be shortlisted for the interview in a 1:5 ratio based on merit, category, and discipline.
- The dates for the written test and interview will be communicated via email.

- Project Engineer – I: Rs. 472/- (Rs. 400 + 18% GST)
- Exemptions for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
Payment Method: Through SBI Collect (online payment). Candidates need to enter the “SBI Collect reference No.” in the application form.

- Final Degree/Provisional Degree Certificate.
- Proof of norms for CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or percentage.

- Post qualification work experience certificates.
- No Objection Certificate (if applicable).
- Latest payslip (if applicable).
